Online Purchases:

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1. You have a max of 7 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 7 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 7 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 7 days from the purchase date. To obtain a return shipping label for returns, please provide your name, receipt #, purchase date, and address to

3. Items will not be returned if one or more of the following have occurred:

  • Sales tag has been removed 

  • Garment has been worn

  • Purchase was made over 7 days before seeking a return

In-Store Purchases:

We will cheerfully exchange or credit merchandise, returned within seven (7) days only when accompanied by a receipt. Returns for in-store purchases can only be made at the store of purchases, where an in-store credit will be issued. In-store credits must be used within thirty (30) days of issuance. No returns of any kind permitted on accessories, evening wear, or sale items.
